摘　　要：全球人们都深切感受到环保对生活质素影响的重要性和迫切性,日常使用的汽车成为环保低碳交通出行的重要部分,人们急切需要低碳汽车降低甚至避免二氧化碳的排放量,低碳汽车技术作为新鲜产物正广泛吸引全球有识人士对其演化路径进行深入认真的探索,希望从中找到全球低碳汽车技术演化过程和规律,为今后全球低碳汽车技术演化创新发展路径等揭开崭新的一页。People in the world are deeply aware of the importance and urgency of environmental protection on the quality of life, and the daily use of automobiles is an important part oft be environmental protection of low-carbon traffic.
