摘　　要：文章对国内某款车型在试制作过程中出现怠速时暖通空调系统异响问题进行了诊断,并采取主观排查法、整车试验法和单体试验法明确了噪声源,如果将此方法逆向应用,则在汽车试验开发早期阶段及时发现问题并为整车噪声水平提供基础。In this paper, a S＆R of domestic automobile were diagnosed in the trial while it is idling, especially the HVAC system is started.The subjective investigation method, vehicle test method and test on single part are combined to define noise source. In addition, if this method is applied in contrary way, it supports the timely detection of possible noise problems in the early stage of automobile test development.
