摘 要:汽车转向节承载汽车前部载荷,支撑并带动前轮绕主销转动,及实现汽车灵活转向和正常行驶的作用,转向节的可靠性直接影响到汽车的正常行驶和车载人员的生命安全。转向节的结构和力学性能是否在数年下的行驶后,还能确保准确、快速的转向和正常行驶,成为了判定转向节质量的一个决定性的因素。为了解决这一潜在问题,文章以检测转向节性能可靠性为基础,对转向节台架试验的结果进行了研究分析。The automobile steering knuckle bears the front load of the vehicle, supports and drives the front wheel to rotate around the main pin, and realizes the flexible steering and normal driving of the vehicle. The reliability of the steering knuckle directly affects the normal driving and the life safety of the vehicle. Whether the structure and mechanical performance of steering knuckle can ensure accurate and rapid steering and normal driving after years of driving, has become a decisive factor to determine the quality of steering knuckle. In order to solve this potential problem, based on the performance reliability of the steering knuckle, the results of the test of the steering knuckle stand are studied and analyzed.
