医院物业管理的三甲医院病区内物体表面和空气中微生物现状

摘　　要：医院物业管理是具有一定专业技能的特殊物业形式,其中病区的环境清洁与医院内感染的预防密切相关。通过对沪浙地区三家大型三甲公立医院的病区物体表面和空气采样后,共获得314份物体表面样本和84份空气样本。结果显示,病区工勤人员清洁消毒2小时内,物体表面微生物培养的合格率(≤10CFU/cm2)平均为92.3%,空气培养合格率(≤4CFU/皿)平均为91.7%;消毒清洁4小时后,物体表面微生物培养的合格率平均为82.0%,空气培养合格率平均为69.4%。对微生物菌种进行初步染色和鉴定,培养的微生物中细菌以嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌、人葡萄球菌常见,而真菌以假丝酵母和霉菌为主。本研究为医院物业的环境清洁和医院院感预防提供基础数据,指导工勤人员的清洁消毒的规范化操作和管理。The cleanliness and disinfecti important on of hospital wards play role in the prevention of hospital infection. A total of 314 surface samples and 84 air samples were obtained by sampling the surface and air of three large public hospitals in Shanghai city and Zhejiang province that the qualified china standards below sur the the 91. and rat 82. of face m quali china 7% in 1 f cro ied organlsm stan the rate dards two s. The results showed rate （based on the 10 CFU / cm^2） of the culture was 92.3% and of air culture （based on below 4 CFU / dish） was hours after cleanliness disinfection. Although, the qualified e of surface microorganism culture was 0% on average, and the qualified rate air culture was 69.4% after 4 hours. Then and microorganisms samples identified, it was showed were stained the bacteria in the culture were Stenotrophomonas maltophilia and Staphylococcus aureus,while mold. data and d the fungi were mainly Candida and This study provides the basic for the environmental cleanliness isinfection of hospital logistics,and also for the prevention of hospital infection, finally guides the normal operation and management of cleaning and disinfection of workers and staff.
