摘　　要：建筑能耗将是我国未来能源消耗的主要增长点,建筑节能技术的研究与应用将对我国能源消费产生深远的影响。本文介绍了我国及国外建筑能耗的基本现状,提出了建筑节能的基本原则和基本技术措施,并以国家电网客服中心南方分中心(以下简称南方园区)为例,结合南方园区建筑能耗情况,阐述了南方园区八大能源系统的应用等各项节能措施,详细分析了空调系统的节能潜力,以作为我国的建筑节能工作一项重要参考。Building energy consumption will be China's future energy consumption of the main growth point, building energy efficiency technology research and application of China's energy consumption will have a profound impact.This paper introduces the basic situation of building energy consumption in China and abroad, puts forward the basic principles and basic technical measures of building energy saving, and the southern sub-center of the national power grid customer service center(hereinafter referred to as thesouthern park) as an example, combined with the construction energy consumption of the southern park, This paper expounds the energy-saving measures of the eight energy systems in the Southern Park, and analyzes the energy-saving potential of the air-conditioning system in detail as an important reference for the building energy conservation work in China.
