摘  要:主要研究了以镁铝水滑石为催化剂,蓖麻油和甲醇为原料,采用酯交换法制备生物柴油。通过单因素实验和响应面实验探究了醇油物质的量比、反应温度、催化剂用量和反应时间4个因素对生物柴油产率的影响,采用气相色谱法确定了该生物柴油的组分含量,并比较了其与0#柴油的密度和粘度指标。研究表明,当醇油物质的量比为8∶1、反应温度为65℃、催化剂加入量为1.00%、反应时间为3 h、搅拌强度为700 r/min时,生物柴油产率为87.3%。Biodiesel was prepared from castor oil and methanol by transesterification with magnesium aluminum hydrotalcite as catalyst. It was mainly discussed that the ratio of alcohol and oil, temperature, catalyst dosage and reaction time influenced the yield of biodiesel from castor oil through single factor experiment and response surface experiment,and the composition contents of the biodiesel were determined by gas chromatography, and the density and viscosity index of the diesel fuel were compare with 0 # diesel oil. The results show when the ratio of alcohol and oil of 8∶1, the temperature is65 ℃, catalyst dosage of castor oil is 1.00%,reaction time is 3 h and stirring intensity is 700 r/min, the yield of biodiesel can reach 87.3%.
