煤基载银活性炭的制备及性能研究

摘  要:以大同煤为主煤,山东某地煤为辅煤,通过掺杂法制备柱状载银活性炭,对样品的常规性能指标进行了测定,并重点研究了样品对大肠杆菌的抑制性能和银流失性能。实验结果表明,样品的载银量随着AgNO_3溶液浓度的增加而增大,并且掺杂并未影响活性炭的孔隙发育。载银量为0.517%的样品,振荡24 h后,平均回收活菌数由3.3×105CFU/m L衰减到<100 CFU/m L,抗菌率>99%,充分说明所制备的载银活性炭具有较强的抗菌性能;该样品在水中振荡480 h的银流失率为2.13%,具有较强的抗银流失性能。Datong coal was being as main coal, the Shandong coal somewhere was used as auxiliary coal, columnar activated carbon with silver was prepared by doping method. Meanwhile, regular performance indicators of the samples were measured, its research concentrated on the antimicrobial action on E. coli and the silver erosion performance. The results showed that silver load of the samples increased with the concentration of Ag NO3 solution increased, and the doping did not affect the pore development of activated carbon. In terms of the sample that silver content was 0.517%, the number of average recovery living bacteria was killed from the concentration of 3.3×105 CFU/m L, less than 100 CFU/m L after 24 h,the antibacterial rate was greater than 99%. This fully showed that the activated carbon with silver were prepared had the stronger antibacterial performance. Simultaneously, the sample had favorable resistance to water erosion, the silver loss was only 2.13% in 480 h for surging.
