摘 要:为研究合理的连续开采接替方式及巷道支护技术,提高煤炭资源回收率。以章村煤矿4224采区为工程对象,利用层次分析法确定出单巷沿空留巷连续开采方式为最佳的连续开采方式,在对无充填沿空留巷支护机理分析及实际地质条件的基础上,确定利用单体支柱配合铰接顶梁加强采空区侧巷道顶板支护的方式,使采空区侧矸石形成"矸石垛"支撑沿空留巷顶板,通过巷道矿压观测数据分析得出,沿空留巷两帮及顶底板的最大移近量分别为600 mm和800 mm,有效地控制了巷道变形,满足留巷的要求。In order to study the reasonable coordinated mining and the support technology, improve the mining recovery rate, 4224 mining area of Zhangcun Mine was taken as example, single roadway gob-side mining was considered the best continuous mining by AHP, based on the geological analysis of gob-side mining without filling, the support of single support combining with hinge joint to improve side goaf roof support was adopted, waste rock in goaf supporting gob-side roof, the maximum convergence of two sides of gob-side and roof and floor is 600 mm and 800 mm, the technology controlled the deformation of roadway and met the needs of roadway retaining.
