附着式电动升降平台在坡屋面高层住宅外墙节能改造中的应用

摘　　要：以芳星园三区3号楼外墙节能改造脚手架为例,在高层坡屋面既有旧楼外墙节能改造不具备吊篮安装条件下,研究和探讨了选择附着式电动升降平台进行外墙保温施工。重点介绍了附着式电动升降平台的平面布置、立面设计及安装施工工艺。Taking energy saving reconstruction of scaffold for exterior wall of Fangxingyuan district three building No. 3 for example,without the installation conditions of the hanging basket in the energy saving transformation of high-rise slope roof existing building exterior wall,the construction of external wall insulation by selecting and attaching type electric lifting platform is studied and discussed. The plan layout,facade design and installation technology of the attached electric lifting platform are introduced.
