摘 要:针对我国目前房地产去库存的现状,提出基于前景理论的房地产去库存调整方法.首先,对房地产去库存的问题进行描述,接着,房地产去库存决策者根据前景理论中价值函数及权重函数的思想,并根据房地产当前的形式,对房地产去库存方案的进行新的评估,在评估过程中,利用价值函数对房地产去库存的数量,房地产去库存的财产损失以及房地产去库存的综合成本,形成新的参考点的损益值,然后,通过权重函数以及房地产择优化方法,得出房地产去库存的结论.最后,通过案例分析,验证了所提出方法的可行性和有效性,为房地产去库存的决策提供了可参考依据.[Objective]With respect to the features of dynamicity and uncertainty characteristics in the real estate developers destocking, a prospect theory based for the real estate developers destocking of adjustment method is proposed.
