摘　　要：基于读者需求与资源建设需求的关系,对文献利用率进行了分析,并围绕影响文献利用率的3个关键因素,提出了提高文献利用率的可能途径和方法,指出文献利用率低且持续下降是基于藏用模式的资源建设过程的必然结果,彻底解决该问题需要改变资源建设模式。Based on the relationship between reader demand and resource construction requirement, this paper analyzes the literature utilization rate, and around three key factors influencing the literature utilization rate, puts forward some possible ways and methods for improving the literature utilization rate, and points out that the lower and continuously declining of the literature utilization rate is an inevitable consequence of the literature resource construction process based on the collecting-utilizing mode, and solving the problem thoroughly needs to change the literature resource construction mode.
