供给侧改革视域下高校图书馆服务供给改革路径研究——以三江学院图书馆为例

摘　　要：从供给侧结构性改革的角度,分析了高校图书馆服务的供给侧与需求侧之间暴露出的错位、失位乃至供给滞后等现象产生的原因,提出了高校图书馆实施服务供给侧结构性改革的思路与路径,以期能提升高校图书馆服务的品质与效率,减少无效服务供给,扩大有效服务供给,提高供给结构的适应性和灵活性,使高校图书馆服务体系更好地适应需求结构的变化。From the angle of supply side structural reform, this paper analyzes the reasons why the position- mistaking, position-losing, and even supply-logging and other phenomena happen between university library service supply side and demand side, and puts forward some ideas and approaches for implementing the service supply side structural reform of university library in order to improve the quality and efficiency of university library service, reduce the ineffective service supply, expand the effective service supply, improve the adaptability and flexibility of the supply structure, and make university library service system better adapt to the change of the demand structure.
