摘　　要：介绍了特种材料波纹管焊接保护措施的重要性,为焊接保护过程设计并制作了焊接保护装置。通过试验及生产验证,为解决钛合金波纹管的焊接提供了一种低成本的工艺装备。This paper introduces the importance of special material bellows welding protection measures,a nd designs and makes a welding protection device for the welding protection process.Through experiments and production verification,the design is shown very practical and provides a low-cost device for solving the welding of titanium alloy bellows.
