摘　　要：分析了航天液体火箭发动机试验台用球阀在使用过程中出现泄漏的原因,提出了密封结构改进优化方法,验证了新型球阀满足试验使用要求。This article analyzes the causes of leakage during the operation of the ball valve in the aerospace liquid rocket engine test bed,puts forward the sealing structure optimization method,and proves that improved structure of the new ball valve effectively satisfies the test requirement.
