摘  要:卷取温度是影响带钢组织性能的重要工艺参数之一,受头尾板形、速度变化等因素影响,薄规格带钢卷取温度控制较为困难。首钢京唐钢铁联合有限责任公司1 580mm热轧生产线采用优化钢种族、差异化的目标卷取温度策略和干头温度补偿等手段,较好地提高了薄规格带钢卷取温度控制的稳定性和头尾温度控制的精度。Coiling temperature is one of the most critical factors which determine the final mechanical performance of strip.Under the influence of the bad shape of strip head and tail and the speed variation,it is much difficulty to control coiling temperature for the thin gauge hot rolled strip,especially for its head and tail.Optimizing steel grade family,using control strategy of variable target coiling temperature and using coiling temperature compensation for dry-head were adopted in Shougang Jingtang 1 580 mm hot strip mill.By these methods,coiling temperature control stability and the control precision for head and tail of thin strip were improved.
