摘  要:为防止热轧带钢表面出现横折印,并提高板形质量,热轧平整机组常配置深弯辊和多辊矫直机。本文依据带钢弯曲变形基本原理对深弯辊防止横折印、深弯矫直组合降低残余应力等机理进行了分析,得出通过深弯辊曲率与矫直机综合设定,不仅可以降低残余应力峰值,还可以使残余应力分布更加均匀。In order to prevent cross-break defect and improve the shape quality of hot rolled strip,hot temper-mill are often equipped with deep-bending roll and multi-roll straightening machines.Based on the basic principle of strip bending deformation,the cross-break defect prevent measures by deep bending roll and residual stress reduction measures by combination of deep-bending roll and straightener were analyzed.The results show that combination of deep bending roll and straightener could not only reduce the residual stress peak,but homogenize its distribution.
