摘　　要：根据产品升级需要,对某机组切头剪液压缸进行了改造设计,校核了关节轴承承载能力,针对现场情况,提供了一种简单的液压缸升级改造的实施方法。According to the needs of product promotion in a unit,upgration for the hydraulic cylinder of crop shear was carried out and load capacity of rod-end spherical plain bearing was verified.Then,a simple method was provided for upgrading the hydraulic cylinder at site.
