头孢曲松钠联合法罗培南钠片治疗男性淋病临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨头孢曲松钠、法罗培南钠片联合治疗男性淋病患者的效果。方法:选择78例男性淋病患者按治疗方法不同分为两组,各39例,对照组用头孢曲松钠治疗,观察组在其治疗基础上联合法罗培南钠片治疗,比较两组疗效及不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率84.62%,与对照组64.10%比较较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组起效、分泌物改善时间均比对照组短,VAS评分比对照组优(P<0.05),两组不良反应比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:男性淋病患者用头孢曲松钠、法罗培南钠片联合治疗效果显著,能加快症状改善,减轻疼痛,且无明显不良反应。Objective：To analyze the effect of Ceflriaxone sodium and Faropenem sodium in treatment of male gonorrhea patients. Methods：The clinical data of 78 patients with gonorrhea were divided into two groups according to the different treatment regimens, each group 39 cases. The control group was treated with Ceftriaxone sodium, the observation group was treated with Ceftriaxone sodium combined with Faropenem sodium tablets. The efficacy and adverse reactions of two group were compared. Results：The total effective rate in the observation group was 84.62%, which was higher than that of the control group 64.10% （P〈0.05） ,The improvement time of the secretions and effective time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the VAS score was better than the control group（P〈0.05）.The adverse reactions was no statistical significance between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The combination of Ceftriaxone sodium and Faropenem sodium tablets in treatment of male gonorrhea patients was significant, which could improve the symptoms and relieve pain, and has no obvious adverse reaction.
