健康教育和强化护理干预在乳腺微创旋切引流术治疗乳腺囊肿围手术期的实施效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨在乳腺微创旋切引流术治疗乳腺囊肿围术期中实施健康教育和强化护理干预的效果。方法:将乳腺囊肿患者60例随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,两组均实施乳腺微创旋切引流术,对照组在围术期予以常规护理干预,观察组予以健康教育+强化护理干预,比较两组患者护理满意度、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、术后SDS(抑郁自评量表)及SAS(焦虑自评量表)评分情况。结果:观察组满意度明显高于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、术后SDS及SAS评分均显著优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育和强化护理干预在乳腺微创旋切引流术治疗乳腺囊肿围手术期中运用能有效减轻患者心理焦虑、抑郁程度,护理满意度较高,手术效果较好。Objective ：To investigate the effect of health education and intensive nursing intervention in the treatment of breast minimally invasive radical resection of breast cyst during perioperative period. Methods ： 60 case of breast eyst patients were select and randomly divided them into control group and observation group, each group contained 30 cases. The two groups were treated with minimally invasive mastectomy The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention during the perioperative period. The observation group was given health education ＋intensive nursing intervention. The nursing satisfaction, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospitalization time, postoperative SDS （Self-Rating Depression Scale） and SAS （Self-Rating Anxiety Scale） were compared between the two groups of patients. Results： The satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The operative time, intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay, postoperative SDS and SAS scores were significantly better in the observation group than that statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： Health education and intensive n treatment of breast minimally invasive radical resection of breast cysts during effectively reduce the psychological anxiety, depression, access to patients satisfaction, but also achieve significant surgical effect. in the control group with ursing intervention in the perioperative is not only with higher nursing care
