摘　　要：与HIV/AIDS相关的皮肤疾病越来越受到关注,一般可以分为感染性、炎症性、肿瘤性。HIV/AIDS患者相关病毒性皮肤病的发病率明显高于正常人群,而且存在地域差异。在HIV感染早期发生的感染性皮肤病与皮肤免疫系统的损伤相关,可发生于整体免疫缺陷前。笔者对HIV/AIDS患者相关病毒性皮肤病的流行病学情况和临床表现特点及与免疫状态的相关性进行了简要论述。More and more attention has been paid to the skin diseases associated with HIV/AIDS, which can be divided into infection, inflammation and tumor. The incidence of HIV/AIDS related viral skin diseases in patients with HIV was significantly higher than that in normal subjects, and there were regional differences. Infectious skin disease that occurs early in HIV infection is associated with damage to the skin immune system, which can occur before the overall immunodeficiency. This article gives a brief overview and discussion on the epidemiology and clinical features of HIV/AIDS related viral skin diseases and the correlation between the immune status and the related viral skin diseases.
