摘　　要：多种miRNA在HIV-1感染后的细胞中特异性表达,其异常表达与肿瘤、感染和炎症反应等密切相关,并且参与了HIV-1感染的病理生理机制,研究miRNA在HIV-1感染者体内表达水平变化有助于艾滋病的早期诊断,并有望通过改变其表达达到治疗效果。Many kinds of miRNA shows the specificity exceptional expression has correlation to the tumor, expression in cell after the HIV-1 infection. The infection and the inflammation response, and participate in the HIV-1 infection pathology physiology mechanism. To study expression level change miRNA in vivo of HIV-1 infected person is helpful to the early diagnosis of AIDS, and hopefully through changes its expression to achieve the treatment results .
