我国石墨资源勘探开发现状和产业发展思考

摘　　要：文章通过分析石墨的用途以及当前市场对石墨产品的需求情况,可以得出石墨是未来高科技发展的关键性矿产,具有巨大的经济和战略价值。我国石墨资源丰富,是石墨的生产与消费大国,但不是石墨强国。文章基于国内石墨资源勘探开发现状、石墨产业发展的情况以及我国石墨国际贸易结构,分析并提出优化我国石墨资源勘探开发、促进我国石墨产业发展的途径。并针对我国石墨资源在勘探方面存在着矿业权设置不合理、开发秩序混乱以及石墨产业发展徘徊于低端等问题,提出以规划手段规范石墨的勘探与开发,加强监管控制混乱的市场供需,以创新技术和管理提升石墨产业的发展的建议。This paper,based on application of graphite and demands of graphite products,concludes that graphite is a key high-tech industrial mineral with huge economic and strategic values.China possesses abundance of graphite resource,and is a big graphite producer and a consumer as well,but not a giant.This paper analyzes graphite exploration development situation,industrial development and global trading,and presents paths to optimizing graphite exploration development,and to promoting China＇s graphite industrial development.Aiming at the issues in irrational mining rights,disordered development and low-end industrial development,this paper suggests using planning to manage graphite exploration development,boosting controls on supply demand,and using technical innovation and management to upgrade China＇s graphite industry.
