摘 要:为更好的回收利用锦涤棉纺织面料,采用NaOH润胀的方式对其进行活化处理,利用正交实验法得到优化工艺水平,并对活化前后棉纤维的结构和性能进行测试。结果表明,影响活化效果的主次因素关系为NaOH的浓度>活化时间;优化工艺为NaOH浓度10%,活化时间12 h;红外光谱分析表明活化后的棉纤维中没有引入新的基团,也没有发生衍生化反应;X射线衍射分析表明活化过程有效的降低了纤维素的结晶度。In order to better recycle waste nylon/cotton/polyester blended fabrics,the methods of sodium hydroxide solution were used to activating treat waste nylon/cotton/polyester blended fabrics.Orthogonal experiment method was adopted,and the orthogonal technology is used to optimize the process level.The structure and properties of cotton fiber before and after activation were tested.The results indicated that sodium hydroxide solution was the main effect,the activation time was secondary factor.The optimized activation process was sodium hydroxide concentration 25% and activation time 1 h.Infrared spectroscopy analysis showed that no new groups were introduced in the activated cotton fibers and no derivatization reaction occurred.X-ray diffraction analysis showed that the activation process effectively reduced the crystallinity of cellulose.
