摘 要:针对复杂电子装备研发的多品种、少批量、更新换代快、多学科耦合等特点,结合多年的工程探索实践,提出了复杂电子装备结构数字化样机实施模式,剖析了结构数字化样机技术原理,建立了结构数字化样机标准体系架构,规范了基于全三维的全流程协同设计和协同仿真流程,建立了基于模型的系统工程(MBSE)思想的结构数字化样机集成平台。目前,结构数字化样机技术已在多型雷达的研制过程中得到应用,并发挥了重要作用。In view of the characteristics of complex electronic equipment R&D, such as multi-varieties, few batches, rapidly updating and multi-system coupling, combined with many years of engineering exploration and practice, the implementation model of structure digital prototype of complex electronic equipment is pro- posed. The principle of structure digital prototype technology is analyzed, and the standard system architecture of structure digital prototype is built. A co-design flow and co-simulation flow based on full 3-D of whole process are standardized. A structural digital prototype integration platform architecture based on MBSE is es- tablished. Currently, the technology of structure digital prototype has been applicated in the development of multiple radar and has played an important role.
