摘 要:车载平台刚强度直接影响车载电子系统的安全性、可靠性和精度指标。文中以某车载雷达平台为研究对象,在设计阶段,使用ANSYS SCDM前处理软件,对平台CAD模型进行快速处理和修复,建立高质量有限元模型。在对标校塔等平台上装设备所受风载荷进行计算的基础上,对平台进行了刚强度分析。接着,使用配重模拟不同风速、风向时平台所受风载荷,对平台实物进行工程测试,通过对比仿真结果和测试结果,验证了平台的设计指标,为平台的优化设计提供了数据支撑。The safety, reliability and precision of vehicle-borne electronic system are directly influenced by the stiffness of the platform structure. In this paper, the platform of a vehicle-borne radar is mainly studied. In the design phase, the CAD model of the platform is processed and recovered quickly using ANSYS SCDM, and the high quality finite element model of the platform is established. Based on the calculation of the wind load sustained by the equipment such as calibration tower on the platform, the stiffness analysis of the platform is carried out. The wind loads of different wind speeds and directions are simulated by mass, the experimental test is performed for the platform. By comparing the numerical simulation result with the test result, the design of the platform are verified, providing the data support for the optimization design of the platform.
