摘 要:公共图书馆作为社会信息资源中心、社会教育的辅助机构,具备为中小学教学提供信息保障与智力支持的能力。通过对中美公共图书馆为学龄儿童及青少年读者所提供服务的对比,分析两者的异同可知,建立专业化的学科馆员队伍,提供学科化知识服务;与中小学建立合作关系,定期邀请骨干教师走进图书馆;建设全省骨干教师库、教育学者高级专家库等措施能够提升公共图书馆知识服务水平,使公共图书馆能更好地为中小学教师的教学提供知识服务。The primary and secondary education is an important part of basic education,it is widely concerned by the society. Public library as the social information resource center and the auxiliary institution of social education,it has the ability to provide information security and intellectual support for primary and secondary school teaching.The paper explains the meaning and characteristics of public library knowledge service,using the comparative research method,analyzes the similarities and differences between Chinese and American public libraries,sums up the establishment of specialized librarians,to provide academic knowledge services; cooperate with primary and secondary schools,regularly invited key teachers into the library; establish the construction of the whole province's key teachers library and education expert library,providing the information convenience for the primary and secondary school teachers,providing an exploration for the public library knowledge service.
