摘  要:针对目前高档润滑油基础油市场的需求,中国石油化工股份有限公司抚顺石油化工研究院(简称FRIPP)以高效BSSY分子筛为主要裂化组分,采用先制备催化剂载体后浸渍活性金属的制备方法,制备了润滑油基础油型加氢裂化催化剂FC-80,用所生产高黏度指数加氢裂化尾油作为生产高档润滑油基础油的原料。用高效催化性能的BSSY分子筛作为主要裂化组分的FC-80催化剂具有加氢裂化活性高和加氢开环性能优异的特点,生产的加氢裂化尾油中两环以上环状烃含量和芳烃含量明显降低。以伊朗减压柴油为原料,在控制相同转化率的条件下,与国内同类型催化剂相比,加氢裂化反应温度降低了5~7℃,加氢裂化尾油中两环以上环状烃质量分数降低了15.3%~17.4%,加氢裂化尾油的黏度指数提高了7单位。FC-80催化剂制备过程简单,反应过程稳定性好,产品适应性强,具有广阔的应用前景。To meet the market demand of high-grade lube base oil,the hydrocracking catalyst FC-80 has been prepared by Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals(FRIPP) for the production of hydrocracking tail oil with high viscosity index as the feedstock to produce high-grade lube base oil by using BSSY zeolite as the main cracking component. The preparation method of catalyst FC-80 was impregnating active metal on the catalyst carrier. The characteristics of FC-80 catalyst are the high hydrocracking activity and excellent performance of ring opening. The tail oil produced has less cyclic hydrocarbon but more hydrocarbons of more than two rings and aromatics. When Iranian VGO is used as the feedstock,as compared with the same type of catalyst,the reaction temperature of catalyst FC-80 is decreased by 5 - 7 ℃,the content of cyclic hydrocarbons of more than two rings is reduced by 15. 3% - 17. 4% in tail oil,and the viscosity index of tail oil is elevated by 7 units. In addition,the catalyst FC-80 has the advantages of simple preparation process,good stability in the reaction and strong adaptability. It has a good application prospect.
