摘  要:针对国内炼油企业普遍存在压减柴油、降低柴汽比、多产优质化工原料(石脑油和加氢裂化尾油)以及产品质量升级的应用需求,中国石油化工股份有限公司抚顺石油化工研究院开发了新一代富含介孔结构的FC-52和FC-80加氢裂化催化剂。新一代催化剂具有丰富的介孔结构和优异的多环环状烃选择性开环转化能力,实验室对比评价结果表明,与参比催化剂相比,控制相同转化深度条件下,反应活性提高3~6℃、石脑油收率提高0.8~1.5百分点、BMCI值(芳烃指数)下降0.8~1.3单位。FC-52/FC-32/FC-80级配催化剂体系在中国石油化工股份有限公司天津分公司Ⅱ套加氢裂化装置应用结果表明,尾油中切入轻组分柴油(198~340℃的柴油馏分,在尾油中占比近30%)后,其BMCI值仅有13.1,尾油切割分离柴油馏分后,其尾油BMCI值仅为8.7。To solve the commonly existing problems in domestic oil refining enterprises such as cutting diesel capacity,reducing the diesel to gasoline ratio,increasing production of high-quality feedstocks for chemical production(i. e. naphtha and tail oil) and upgrading the quality of products,Fushun Petrochemical Research Institute(FRIPP) has developed a new generation of FC-52 and FC-80 hydrocracking catalysts of mesoporous structure. The new generation of catalysts has abundant mesoporous structure and excellent polycyclic ring hydrocarbon selectivity. The pilot plant evaluation results show that,as compared with the reference catalyst and at the same conversion depth conditions,the reaction activity is increased by 3 - 6 ℃,the naphtha yield is elevated by 0. 8% - 1. 5%,and BMCI is reduced by 0. 8 - 1. 3. The application result of FC-52/FC-32/FC-80 graded catalyst system in 2#hydrocracking unit in Sinopec Tianjin Petrochemical Company shows that,when the tail oil contains the light components of diesel(diesel fraction of 198 - 340 ℃ in the tail oil accounts for nearly 30%),the BMCI value is only 13. 1. After the tail oil is cut to separate diesel fraction,the tail oil's BMCI value is only 8. 7.
