低热导率芳砜纶织物的制备与性能

摘  要:采用溶胶-凝胶法和常压干燥制得二氧化硅-氢氧化铝(SiO2-Al(OH)3)复合气凝胶,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、N2吸附-脱附测试、X射线衍射(XRD)、热重分析(TGA)等对其性能和结构进行了测试和表征.结果表明:采用溶胶-凝胶成型法成功地将SiO2-Al(OH)3气凝胶整理到芳砜纶织物上,与原织物相比,整理后的织物导热系数从0.051 3 W/(m·K)下降到0.028 2 W/(m·K),垂直燃烧损毁长度从4.90cm减少到2.85cm,隔热和阻燃性能也得到了显著提高.The silica-aluminum hydroxide aerogel was prepared by sol-gel method and dried under ambient atmosphere. The morphology and properties were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM), N2 adsorption-desorption, X-ray diffraction(XRD) and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA). Results showed that the silica-aluminum hydroxide aerogel was successfully finished on the polysulfonamide(PSA) fabric by sol-gel forming method. Compared with the original PSA fabric, the thermal conductivity of the prepared composite material was decreased from 0. 051 3 W/(m · K) to 0. 028 2 W/(m · K) and the vertical burning damage length was shortened from 4.90 cm to 2.85 cm. In short, the thermal insulation and flame retardancy of the finished PSA fabric was improved greatly as well.
