摘　　要：目前,"老龄"沿革情态考证是国内研究老龄问题的不足或空白,但沿革情态有助于解析老龄与老龄化实质问题。何谓"老龄""老龄化",时下以数据分析为主,但"老龄""老龄化"不应只是单向数据问题,而是数字化与社会化双重形态,对之双重界定是认识"老龄化社会"的理论起点,更契合老龄化社会经济基础和发展全局。特别是当今老龄化已具有国际化趋势,对其研究事关有效构建应对老龄化的政策、制度、体系,进而具有时代意义。At present, the research on the evolution modality of the elderly is insufficient or even blank in the study of aging challenge in China, but the evolution modality is helpful to analyze the essence of aging challenge. The study on＂the elderly＂and＂the aging population＂should not be limited to one-way data. Instead they take both digital and social forms; the dual definition is the theoretical start point to understand the aging society, which is in line with the economic foundation and overall development of the society. Today,aging population has become an international trend, and the study can contribute to the effective construction of relevant policies and systems, thus having contemporary significance.
