摘 要:目的基于2015年《湖北省中药材及中药饮片质量标准研究》项目,对湖北产蜘蛛抱蛋Aspidistra lurida Ker-Gawl化学成分进行研究。方法采用正相硅胶柱层析、制备薄层层析及制备型HPLC等方法分离纯化,利用NMR、MS等波谱学方法鉴定化合物结构。结果从湖北长阳蜘蛛抱蛋根茎中分离并鉴定了6个化合物,分别为polygonatine A(1),4-羟基苯甲酸(2),3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-N-[2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-methoxyethyl]-acrylamide(3),(25R)-26-氧-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖基-22-羟基-呋甾-5(6)-烯-3β,26-二醇-3-氧-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖基(1→2)[β-D-葡萄吡喃糖基(1→3)]-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖基(1→4)-β-D-半乳吡喃糖苷(4),蜘蛛抱蛋甙A(5)和1-syringaresinol(6)。结论首次对湖北产蜘蛛抱蛋的化学成分进行研究,其中化合物1、3、4和6为首次从蜘蛛抱蛋属植物中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents of Aspidistra lurida Ker - Gawl. collected from Hubei Province based on the study of the quality standard of Chinese herbal medicine and traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in Hubei Province. Methods The chemical constituents were separated and purified by the normal phase silica gel column chromatography, prepara- tive thin -layer chromatography, and preparative HPLC. Their structures were determined by various spectral data. Results Six compounds ( 1 - 6) were isolated from the rhizome of Aspidistra lurida Ker - Gawl. and the structures of them were identified as follows : polygonatine A ( 1 ), 4 - hydroxybenzoic acid ( 2 ), 3 - (4 - hydroxyphenyl) - N - [ 2 - (4 - hydroxyphenyl) - 2 - me- thoxyethyl I - aerylamide ( 3 ), ( 25 R) - 26 - 0 - 13 - D - glucopyranosyl - 22 - hydroxyl - furost - 5 ( 6 ) -ene - 3 [3,26 - diol - 3 - O - [3 - D - glucopyranosyl ( 1--.2 ) [ [3 - D - glucopyranosyl ( 1--~3 ) 1 - glucopyranosyl ( 1~4 ) - [3 - D - galactopyranoside ( 4 ), aspidoside A (5) and 1 -syringaresinol (6). Conclusion The chemical constituents were isolated and identifed from the rhizo- mes of Aspidistra collected from Hubei province for the first time. Among them, compounds 1, 3, 4 and 6 were isolated from the genus of Aspidistra for the first time.
