摘 要:目的研究海蓬子提取物(SE)对四氧嘧啶诱导的糖尿病模型小鼠血糖、血脂以及胰腺组织的影响。方法尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶建立糖尿病小鼠模型,正常小鼠随机分为空白组、正常高剂量组,造模成功小鼠分为模型组、阳性对照组、SE组(0.9,1.35,1.8 g·kg^(-1))。灌胃30d,观察灌胃期间小鼠的体征状态、摄食量、饮水量及体质量;测定小鼠的空腹血糖值、口服糖耐量;测定小鼠血清的TC、TG;胰腺病理切片的形态学考察。结果 SE可减少糖尿病小鼠的摄食量、饮水量,抑制小鼠体质量的减轻;降低糖尿病小鼠的空腹血糖且改善糖耐量异常;降低糖尿病小鼠血清中TC、TG含量;不同程度改善了糖尿病小鼠胰岛数目减少、组织排列紊乱的情况。结论 SE能明显改善糖尿病小鼠"三多一少"症状,显著降低糖尿病小鼠空腹血糖,并调节其糖耐量异常,纠正糖尿病造成的脂代谢紊乱,修复糖尿病造成的胰岛损伤。Objective To study the effects of Salicornia europaea extracts (SE) on blood glucose, lipids and pancreatic pathology in alloxan diabetic mice. Methods Mice were injected with alloxan through tail vein to induce diabetic mice. Normal mice were randomly divided into normal control group and normal high dose group. Then the modeled mice were divided into the model group , positive control group and SE groups ( the dose of 0.9,1.35,1.8 g·kg^-1 ). The intragastric administration lasted for 30d. The general life behavior, food and water intake, body weight were observed. Fasting blood glucose (FBG) and oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) was determined. The blood biochemical indexes such as TC, TG were measured. The pancreas were observed for histopathological changes. Results SE could reduce the water and food intake of model mice and inhibit weight loss in diabetic mice. SE could obviously lower FBG of diabetic mice and improve their glucose tolerance. It also could lower levels of TC, TG in serum of diabetic mice. It could increase the number of islet and improve disordered pancreatic arrangement in varying degrees. Conclusion SE can significantly relieve diabetic mice symptoms of 'three polys and one little'; reduce fasting glucose and im- prove glucose tolerance of diabetic mice ; correct lipid metabolism disorders caused by diabetes and repair pancreatic injury.
