摘　　要：目的四黄汤制炉甘石工艺研究。方法采用HPLC法,以黄芩苷、盐酸小檗碱转移率为指标优化四黄汤提取浓缩工艺;以盐酸小檗碱和氧化锌含量为指标,优化四黄汤制炉甘石的工艺。结果四黄汤提取工艺为按处方取黄芩、黄连、黄柏、大黄四味中药加10倍量水,提取3次,每次0.5h,合并滤液并于75℃减压浓缩至相对密度为1.05~1.15,浓缩液与煅炉甘石细粉混匀后于80℃下真空干燥并粉碎过筛得制炉甘石。结论四黄汤制炉甘石工艺稳定可行。Objective To study the technology of Sihuangtang processed calamine. Methods Using HPLC method and the method of acid - base titration, with baicalin and berberine hydrochloride as indexs to optimizate the extraction and enrichment process of Sihuangtang ; To optimiz the technology that Sihuangtang processed calamine by the contents of berberine hydrochloride and zinc oxide. Results The Sihuangtang extraction process for without soaking, add 10 times the amount of water, extracting 3 times, each time 0.5h, merging the filtrate and at 75℃ reduced pressure concentration and relative density to l. 05 - 1.15, then pro- cessing it with calcined calamine powder to vacuum drying at 80℃, crushing and sieving it. Conclusion The technology of Sihuan- gtang processed calamine isstable and feasible.
