摘　　要：阐述了目前生物学所认识Aβ及其在AD发病中的作用,以及Aβ诱导的活性氧在AD发病中的作用。从肾-精-髓-脑-骨系统出发,提出可将Aβ及其诱导的活性氧物质定位于肾浊的本质要素,并以临床常用治则佐证了其合理性;提出AD、老年性骨质疏松症等衰老相关性疾病发病的中医观点。In the present paper, the elucidation of Aβ and its induced reactive oxygen species, and their effect on onset of AD was be made. Based on the system of kidney zang - essential - marrow - brain - bone, Aβ and its induced reactive oxygen species was concluded as the essential elements of kidney zang turbidity with the frequently - used therapeutic principle in TCM clinical practice as evidence. Finally, the TCM view on onset of aging related disease was presented.
