摘 要:建立了同时测定饮用水中64种半挥发性有机物的液液萃取-气相色谱质谱仪联用测试方法,对萃取时间和萃取剂用量进行了优化,并对方法进行了验证实验.该方法已运用于厦门及周边地区饮用水源地半挥发性有机物的测定.结果表明:该方法灵敏度、准确度和检出限均满足我国现行环境质量标准的要求,厦门、漳州、龙岩的饮用水基本未受到半挥发性有机物的污染.该方法快速简便,投入少,可同时检测几十种半挥发性有机物,对大量普通监测站是一种准确而高效的监测方式.This paper establishes a simultaneous determination method of 64 kinds of semi volatile organic compounds(SVOCs)in drinking water of liquid-liquid extraction and GCMSD.The extraction time and extraction agent are optimized,and the method is verified.The method has been applied to detect SVOCs in drinking water of Xiamen City and the surrounding areas.The results show that the method's sensitivity,accuracy and detection limit meet the requirements of the current environmental quality standards,and the drinking water is not polluted by SVOCs.This method is fast and simple,with few inputs,and can simultaneously detect dozens of SVOCs,which is an accurate and efficient method for many ordinary monitoring stations.
