摘 要:水平井分段多簇压裂技术已经成为致密低渗油气藏有效开发的重要手段。针对多簇压裂裂缝起裂及延伸机理复杂的难点,以泾河油田为例,从多簇起裂应力预测模型着手,分析影响多簇起裂的相关因素,利用限流原理,通过优化射孔参数来实现多簇段均衡起裂以及有效延伸。结果表明:射孔方位在0°或180°时,破裂压力最小;井眼方向沿最大主应力方向时,簇间破裂压力差最小;当簇间距为10 m左右时,产生的诱导应力对破裂压力影响最大;结合泾河油田储层特点,采用16孔/m的孔密,每簇射1~1.5 m,施工排量达到5 m^3/min以上,能够保证两簇射孔均衡起裂和有效延伸。所形成的理论和方法在致密低渗油藏水平井分段多簇压裂中具有推广应用价值。The technology of multi-cluster fracture initiation of horizontal well has become an important and effective means for tight reservoirs. Aiming at the complex mechanism of isostatic crack initiation and extension of the multi-cluster fracture, and taking Jinghe oilfield as an example, firstly, a model to predict the stress of multi-cluster fracture initiation was established; secondly,the impact factors of multi-cluster fracture initiation was analyzed. Then, by using the principle of limiting, a balanced for multibank initiation and effective extension was achieved by optimizing perforation parameters. The results show that when the perforation orientation is 0° or 180°, the fracture pressure is the minimum, when the borehole direction is in the direction of maximum principal stress, the inter-cluster fracture pressure difference is the smallest, and when the cluster spacing is about 10 meters, the induced stress affects most on the fracture pressure. Combined with the reservoir characteristics of Jinghe oilfield, two effective clusters initiation and extension can be ensured when the perforation density is 16 holes/meter and 1 ~ 1.5 meters of each cluster,meanwhile, the construction displacement is greater than 5 m^3/min. The theory and method proposed are helpful to multi-cluster fracturing of horizontal well in dense low permeability reservoir.
