摘 要:针对40 mm宽厚板出现裂纹的现象,采用宏观观察、金相组织分析、扫描电镜观察和能谱分析的方法对宽厚板裂纹进行了系统的分析。结果表明,连铸坯中的原有裂纹及杂质、内应力以及轧制过程中氧化铁皮压入是导致宽厚板裂纹的主要原因,因此,提高钢水纯净度、合理选择连铸连轧工艺、严格执行操作工艺制度等是减少板材裂纹的主要措施。For the cracking phenomenon occurred in the plates with the thickness of 40mm, by means of macroscopic observation, metallographic microstructure analysis, scanning electron microscope and ener- gy spectrum analysis method, the systematic analysis on the cracks of plates was carried out. The results showed that, the original cracks, impurity and internal stress in the continuous casting slabs and the rolled-in scale were the main reasons leading to the cracks of plates. And so the improvement of molten steel purity, reasonable choice of continuous casting and rolling processes and strict operation process were the main measures to reduce the cracking of plates.
