摘  要:利用溶液聚合法和Ca^(2+)表面交联法制备了Ca^(2+)交联的聚丙烯酸钠(CPAANa)。在25℃条件下,以CPAANa为吸附剂,开展了对Pb^(2+)的吸附研究工作,以FT-IR,SEM和TGA测试手段分析了吸附前后CPAANa样品的变化。吸附研究显示,CPAANa在p H值为2~5.5的范围内具有很好的吸附性能,对初始浓度低于300mg/L的Pb^(2+)废水可以达到99%以上的去除率。CPAANa对Pb^(2+)的吸附动力学符合准二级动力学模型,其等温曲线符合Langmuir吸附模型,由此得到的最大吸附量为650.34mg/g。由D-R模型得出的平均吸附自由能E=26.1k J/mol,表明CPAANa对Pb^(2+)的吸附属于化学吸附。重复利用实验显示,该材料具有较好的重复利用性能。Ca^2+ crosslinked polyacrylate sodium (CPAANa) was prepared via solution polymerization. The CPAANa was used for adsorption of Pb^2+ from aqueous solutions at 25℃, and the changes of CPAANa before and after adsorbed Pb^2+ were characterized by FT-IR, SEM and TGA. The adsorbed experiments indicate that CPAANa has excellent adsorption performance for Pb^2+ in the pH range of 2.0-5.5 and the CPAANa can remove more than 99% Pb^2+ from wastewater when the initial Pb^2+ concentration was below 300mg/L. The adsorption kinetics and isotherms of Pb^2+ on CPAANa followed Pseudo-second-order model and Langmuir model, respectively. The maximum adsorption capacity of Pb^2+ on CPAANa was calculated to be 650.34mg/g at 25℃ from Langmuir model. The values of mean free energy (E) for Pb^2+ adsorption was calculated to be 26.1kJ/mol from D-R isotherm analysis, which means that the adsorption process of Pb^2+ on CPAANa can be attributed to chemical adsorption. The regeneration test shows that the CPAANa possesses good reusability for the treatment of Pb^2+ wastewater.
