摘 要:[目的]建立高效液相色谱法检测我国3种典型土壤中唑嘧磺草胺残留的方法,并通过土壤薄层层析试验研究唑嘧磺草胺在3种典型土壤中的淋溶行为。[方法]样品经乙腈-0.5 mol/L盐酸(体积比39∶1)提取,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水(体积比55∶45)为流动相,Shim-pack CLC-ODS(M)色谱柱分离,在UV 220 nm处,外标法定量。[结果]在0.2~50 mg/L范围内,唑嘧磺草胺的质量浓度与对应的峰面积间呈良好的线性关系;在添加水平为1.0、10.0 mg/kg时,唑嘧磺草胺在3种土壤中的平均回收率为77.6%~104.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.5%~3.5%。根据我国化学农药环境安全评价标准,唑嘧磺草胺在黑土中属于可移动、红土中属于不移动、水稻土中属于极易移动农药。[结论]该分析方法快速、灵敏、稳定,可用于土壤中唑嘧磺草胺的检测。其在3种土壤中的淋溶行为主要受其本身水溶性和土壤pH值的综合影响,表明其对地下水的污染风险较大,应引起高度重视。[Aims] An analysis method using high performance liquid chromatography was developed for the determination of flumetsulam residues in three typical soils. Typical methods of soil thin-layer were adopted to investigate the leaching behavior of flumetsulam in three typical soils. [Methods] The determination of flumetsulam residues was conducted with the mixture solution of acetonitrile and 0.5 mol/L hydrochloric acid(39 ∶1, by vol) as extraction agent, the mixture solution of acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid(55 ∶45, by vol) as mobile phase,Shim-pack CLC-ODS(M) column as fix phase at 220 nm, and the result was quantified by external standard method.[Results] The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the target substance concentration and the peak area in the range of 0.2-50 mg/L. The average recoveries in soil were 77.6-104.5% at the fortified levels of 1.0 and 10.0 mg/kg, and the relative standard deviation was 1.5-3.5%. According to the Chinese guidelines on environmental safety assessment for chemical pesticides, the migrations of flumetsulam in black soil were classified as mobile, not mobile in red soil, easily mobile in paddy soil. [Conclusions] The detection method was rapid, sensitive and stable. Thus it could be applied to determine flumetsulam in soil. The migration of flumetsulam could be influenced by water solubility and p H value of soil. Thus attention should be paid to the pollution problem of groundwater caused by flumetsulam.
