摘  要:[目的]植物病害严重威胁着植物的正常生长,筛选和评价高效、低毒、低残留的病害抑制剂,在植物病害的防控中有重要的应用价值。[方法]选取石榴枯萎病,采用菌丝生长速率法测定,4种杀菌剂和生活中常见的具有抑菌作用的6种植物的提取液对石榴枯萎病病原菌进行室内毒力测定试验,并筛选防效最好的杀菌剂、植物提取液并进行复配,使用复配剂再次对植物病害病原菌进行室内毒力测定试验。[结果]不同杀菌剂单剂与植物提取液单剂对石榴枯萎病菌均有明显抑制作用。筛选出的氟菌·氟环唑和大蒜复配剂不同比例均有明显增效。[结论]研究发现天然植物提取液中存在抑制石榴枯萎病病原菌的活性物质。[Aims] Plant disease is a serious threat to the normal growth of plants, which has great application value to screen and evaluate inhibitors with high efficiency, low toxicity and low residual for prevention and control of diseases on plants. [Methods] The pomegranate fusarium wilt was selected by method of mycelial growth rate test to test toxicity of four kinds of fungicides and six kinds of extracts which are common bacteriostatic action in life, then the compounds were carried out based on the optimal fungicide and plant extract obtained, followed by their indoor toxicity test. [Results] The single agent of different fungicides and plant extracts had obvious inhibitory effect on pomegranate fusarium wilt. The mixture of fluorobacteria·fenconazole and garlic compound had obvious effects in different proportions. [Conclusions] It was found that there is an active substance in natural plant extracts that can inhibite the pathogen of pomegranate fusarium wilt.
