摘　　要：国外研究估算疾病经济负担一般包括直接和间接经济负担,也有将数学模型应用于疾病经济负担的评估,估计了疾病的终生费用,以及采用队列研究分析了疾病经济负担的影响因素。建议今后的研究中,可以采用更为复杂的模型模拟疾病的临床路径,从而估算出疾病的终生费用;采用队列研究获得更为可靠和精确的数据,研究疾病经济负担的影响因素;采用生命质量量表测算病人的生命质量,然后转换成货币单位,从而衡量疾病造成的无形经济负担;将疾病经济负担应用于干预措施的评估中。The research abroad on the economic burden evaluation of disease includes direct and indirect economic burden generally; the mathematical model also is used to estimate the economic burden and lifetime costs; the cohort study can analyze the influencing factors of economic burden. It recommends that future studies may use a more comprehensive model to simulate the clinical path to estimate the lifetime cost of the disease, obtaining more reliable and accurate data from cohort study to explore the influencing factors. The intangible economic burden of disease can be measured by using the quality of life scale, which converted into monetary units for disease evaluation and intervention.
