摘 要:以硫酸溶液作为酸性腐蚀介质,开展水灰比分别为0.4、0.5、0.6的试样在酸性溶液腐蚀条件下,试样外观、抗压强度、质量、强度退化深度等随腐蚀时间变化的耐酸腐蚀试验。试验结果表明:腐蚀初期,硫酸溶液对水灰比较小试样外观影响较大,后期均产生明显裂纹,表面剥落;随腐蚀时间的增加,试样抗压强度初期缓慢增加,随后逐渐减小,水灰比较大试样在腐蚀初期抗压强度增加明显;试样质量呈先增大,后逐渐减小的变化趋势,水灰比较大试样在整个腐蚀期质量变化率均为最大;随腐蚀时间的增加,试样强度退化深度逐渐增加,退化深度剧变时间段均约为120 d前后。In sulfuric acid solution as the acid corrosion medium, carry out the water cement ratio were 0.4,0.5 and 0.6 samples in acid solution under the condition of corrosion, acid corrosion test specimens, compressive strength, appearance quality, strength degradation depth changes with the etching time.The test results indicate the erosion of sulfate solution has great influence on the water cement ratio is relatively small sample appearance,obvious cracks were later surface spalling.With the increase of etching time,the early compressive strength of the samples increased slowly and then decreased gradually.The water cement larger samples increased significantly at the early stage of corrosion, compressive strength.The quality of the sample was first increase the trend of decreasing, water cement larger changes in the quality of the entire sample period of corrosion rate was the largest.With the increase of corrosion time,the compressive strength degradation depth increased and degradation time were about the depth of upheaval before and after 120 d.
