摘 要:将C30废弃混凝土破碎后得到0.16~4.75 mm粒径的再生细骨料,通过正交试验研究水胶比、再生细骨料取代率、粉煤灰取代率和玄武岩纤维掺量对砂浆性能的影响,得出再生细骨料纤维砂浆的最佳配合比。结果表明:水胶比和再生细骨料取代率是影响再生骨料纤维砂浆力学性能的主要因素;粉煤灰对再生细骨料纤维砂浆的强度具有劣化作用;玄武岩纤维掺量达到0.13%时,抗压、抗折强度最高。It focus on the recycled fine aggregate of 0.16-4.75 mm particle size obtained by crushing C30 waste concrete.The effects of water to binder ratio, replacement ratio of recycled fine aggregate, fly ash replacement ratio and basalt fiber dosage on the properties of mortar were studied.Through orthogonal analysis, the optimal mix ratio of recycled mortar was obtained.The results show that the water to binder ratio and the replacement ratio of recycled fine aggregate are the main affect factors for properties of recycled aggregate fiber mortar.The increase of fly ash replacement rate has a great effect on the strength of recycled mortar.When the basalt fiber dosage is 0.13%, compressive strength, bending strength reached the maximum.
