摘 要:与普通混凝土相比,自密实轻骨料混凝土具有密度小、质量轻以及施工噪音小等优势,在建筑中具有很好的应用前景。以水泥、粉煤灰、炉渣、玄武岩纤维等为原材料,采用正交试验设计方法,制备出适合建筑使用的玄武岩纤维掺杂自密实炉渣混凝土。试验结果表明:水胶比和纤维掺量对混凝土拌合物性能影响较为显著,试验最优方案为水胶比为0.42,粉煤灰取代率为70%,玄武岩纤维掺量1.5 kg/m^3,其抗压强度为21.89 MPa,抗折强度为2.61 MPa,符合轻集料混凝土隔墙条板的强度和面密度要求。Compared to the common concrete, the self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete with low density and low noise of construction of the very good effect, has been applied on construction work.The orthogonal design method is used to prepar a suitable for buildings use of self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete with cement, fly ash, slag, basalt fiber as raw materials.The results showed that the water cement ratio and fiber content are the main factors influencing the properties of self-compacting basalt fiber reinforced concrete.The optimum parameters to extract were as follows:the water-binder ratio 0.42,the rate of fly ash replacement 70% ,the fiber content 1.5 kg/m3.The compressive strength is 21.89 MPa,and the rupture strength is 2.61 MPa,fulfill the requirements of lightweight aggregate concrete strength and the surface density of the partition board.
