摘 要:本文采用纯化的海泡石作为硅源,在不需要模板和煅烧工艺的条件下,制备出了石英相的硅纳米管(SNTs),并对获得样品进行了XRD、FTIR和SEM等表征。制得的SNTs具有40~50 nm外径,管腔直径为10~15 nm,长度为20~100μm。此外,研究了SNTs对于Pb^(2+)的吸附行为。结果表明,Pb^(2+)吸附量随初始Pb^(2+)浓度,吸附时间,温度和溶液p H值(<5)增加而增加。在溶液p H为5时,SNTs对于Pb^(2+)的吸附平衡的吸附焓(ΔH)和熵变(ΔS)分别为6.28 k J/mol和69.8 J/mol·K。The use of sepiolite as silicon source to fabricate silicon nanotubes (SNTs) without template and calcination was reported here. The obtained SNTs were characterized by XRD, FTIR and SEM. Finally, homogeneous tubular structure of silicon nanotubes has formed with 40-50 nm of outside diameter. The lumen diameter varied from 10 to 15 nm and length changed from 20 to 100 μm. Moreover, silicon nanotubes were used as adsorbents for the removal of Pb^2+ from aqueous solutions. The results show that the amount of adsorption of Pb^2+ increased with initial Pb^2+ concentration, contact time, temperature and solution pH. The values of the enthalpy (AH) and entropy of activation (AS) were 6. 28 kJ/mol and 69.8 J/mol · K, respectively, at pH 5.0.
