中医镇痛理论发展及基于支持度分析的镇痛方剂用药规律探索

摘　　要：中医药镇痛具有悠久的历史以及良好的临床疗效。近代以来,学者对中医药镇痛理论开展了系统的整理并结合现代生命科学技术对中药镇痛的机制开展了深入研究,十年来发表的相关科技论文达15万篇。本文整理了中医药镇痛理论的历史渊源与发展进程;通过文献检索并结合临床疗效整理收集了镇痛方剂339首,共包括中药980味;对镇痛方剂单味药材和对药支持度进行了统计分析,探索镇痛方剂的用药规律。文章对进一步深入理解与认识"不通则痛"和"不荣则痛"的疼痛发生病因,发现确有疗效的镇痛方剂并选择优效中药或对药进行镇痛机制的研究具有一定的指导意义。Chinese medicine has been long used and has showed a good clinical curative effect in analgesia. Since modem times, the theory of analgesia in Chinese medicine has been systematically sorted out and the mechanism also has been carried out in-depth study by combined with the life science technology. There are about one hundred and fifty thousand relevant papers has been published in the past ten years. This article has sorted out the historical origin and development of the theory of analgesia in Chinese medicine. Combined with liberature search and clinical curative effect, 339Chinese medical formulas have been collect- ed, which include 980traditional Chinese medicine. To explore the medication laws in anagesic formulas, the contribution of each medicine and pair of medicine has been analyzed. The result can help to further understand the general principles of the cause of pain, which can guid scientist to select the optimal effect analgesic medicine for the mechanism research.
