湿疹Ⅰ号方对湿热蕴结型急性湿疹COX-2mRNA表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察湿疹Ⅰ号方对湿热蕴结型急性湿疹COX-2mRNA表达的影响。方法:选择116例湿热蕴结型急性湿疹患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用常规西医治疗,治疗组采用湿疹Ⅰ号方治疗。结果:治疗后,两组患者COX-2mRNA表达均降低,其中治疗组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组治疗后COX-2mRNA表达低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者EASI评分均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后EASI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:湿疹Ⅰ号方治疗湿热蕴结型急性湿疹有较好疗效,可抑制COX-2mRNA表达。Objective： To explore the influence of Eczema Prescription I on expression of COX-2mRNA in patients with eczema （ dampness-heat accumulation）. Methods ： The 116cases of patients with eczema （ dampness-heat accumulation） were selected and divided into controlled group （treated by conventional western medicine） and treatment group （treated by Eczema Prescription I）. The expression of COX-2and EASI were observed and compared between the two groups, as well as the clinical ef- ficacy. Results： After the treatment, the expression of COX-2and mRNA were decreased in the two groups, and the difference was significant （P〈0. 05） ; And after treatment, the treatment group showed lower expression of COX-2mRNA than the con- trolled group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05 ）. After treatment, the EASI scores were reduced in the two groups, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）; The treatment group showed lower EASI score than the controlled group, with statistically significant difference （P〈0. 05）. The treatment group showed better curative effect than the controlled group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Eczema Prescription I showes good curative effect on eczema （dampness-heat accumulation）. It can inhibit the expression of mRNA COX-2.
