摘 要:目的:探讨间歇性低氧相关组织因子在儿童睡眠呼吸暂停综合征中表达的相关性及临床生物学意义,为探索儿童睡眠呼吸暂停综合征细胞乏氧代谢损伤机制提供分子病理学基础。方法:以正常儿童群体为对照,采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测对氧磷酶2、白三烯等低氧相关组织因子在儿童睡眠呼吸暂停综合征睡眠状态及清醒状态中的差异。结果:对氧磷酶2与白三烯的表达在正常儿童、睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患儿中存在明显差异(P<0.05);在清醒状态与睡眠状态呼吸暂停综合征患儿中比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);其表达水平与OSAS分级呈正相关,r分别为0.78和0.66(P<0.05)。结论:对氧磷酶2和白三烯与儿童睡眠呼吸暂停综合征呼吸暂停低通气(AHI)分级相关,并可作为独立因子辅助其诊断及分级。Objective:To investigate the correlation and clinical significance of intermittent hypoxia related tissue factors and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS) in children,and explore the injury mechanism of hypoxia metabolic in obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.Methods:Hypoxia related tissue factors were compared in OSAS group with normal children as control group by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results:There were significant differences between normal children and children with OSAS in the expressions of paraoxonase 2 and leukotriene(P〈0.05),but none significance between awake and sleep state in children with OSAS(P〈0.05).The expressions of paraoxonase 2 and leukotriene were associated with the grade of OSAS(r=0.78 and 0.66,P〈0.05).Conclusion:Paraoxonase 2 and leukotriene were closely related with OSAS grade in children,and they could be regarded as independent factors in the diagnosis and grade.
