匹多莫德联合玉屏风口服液在小儿反复呼吸道感染患者中的临床效果及对肺功能的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨匹多莫德与玉屏风口服液联合治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效,并分析其对患儿的肺功能影响。方法选择2014年1月-2015年12月期间120例反复呼吸道感染患儿作为研究对象,依据用药方案将患儿分为对照组与联合组,每组各60例;对照组常规抗炎与匹多莫德治疗,联合组在对照组治疗基础上给予口服玉屏风口服液治疗,对两组患儿临床治疗效果与肺功能进行观察。结果联合组患儿临床治疗总有效率85.71%,高于对照组(P<0.05);联合组患儿体温恢复正常时间、咳嗽缓解时间、肺啰音消失时间以及咽部正常时间分别为(2.54±0.47)d、(4.08±0.84)d、(3.75±0.67)d、(3.63±0.45)d,与对照组比较均缩短(P<0.05);联合组患儿治疗后,肺功能改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用匹多莫德与玉屏风口服液联合治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的效果明显,可缩短患儿的临床症状及体征恢复时间,且在改善患儿肺功能方面效果突出,值得临床推广应用。OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical effect of pidotimod combined with Yupingfeng oral liquid on treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infections and analyze the influence on pulmonary function of the children.METHODS From Jan 2014 to Dec 2015,a total of 120 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection were recruited as the study objects and divided into the control group and the combination group according to drug therapy regimens.The control group was given anti-inflammatory therapy and pidotimod,and the combination group was treated with additional oral administration of Yupingfeng liquid on basis of the treatment of the control group.The clinical curative effects and pulmonary function were observed and compared between the two groups of children.RESULTS The total effective rate of clinical treatment of the combination group was 85.71%,significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The time of recovery of body temperature,time of relief of cough,time of disappearance of pulmonary rales and normal time of pharynx were respectively（2.54±0.47）days,（4.08±0.84）days,（3.75±0.67）d and（3.63±0.45）days in the combination group,significantly shorter than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The pulmonary function of the combination group was improved more significantly than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONPidotimod combined with Yupingfeng liquid can achieve significantly effect on treatment of the children with recurrent respiratory tract infections,shorten the time of recovery of clinical symptoms and signs and significantly improve the pulmonary function of the children,and it is worthy to be promoted in the hospital.
