摘  要:随着科学技术的发展,高科技产品不断被运用到传统行业中。三维扫描仪在传统铸造行业中的应用,为在铸造过程中的逆向设计、产品改进、模具检验、产品检验等环节提供了极大的便利。本文通过具体实例对三维扫描技术在铸造中的典型应用做了介绍,主要包括其在逆向工程、模具及产品检验、耐磨钢磨损量检测、铸件缺陷修理位置定位等工作中的应用。该技术的应用快速解决了铸造过程中的尺寸检测问题,同时可完成逆向设计,为新产品的开发提供基础。With the development of science and technology,high-tech products continue to be applied in the traditional industries.The application of 3D scanner to the traditional foundry industry,provides a great convenient in the casting process of reverse design,product improvement,mold inspection and product inspection.In this paper,the typical applications of three- dimensional scanning were introduced through several examples, including the application of reverse engineering, mold and product inspection,wear resistance measurement and defect location.The application of this technology can solve the size detection problem during the casting and make for the reverse engineering,which can provide the base for the new product development.
